*Responsible for declaring the Word of God over the assembled people, implementing and carrying out the visionary direction. The combined commissioned authoritative voice of PowerHouse, tasked with challenging, teaching, identifying gifts, and the rising up of powerful disciples of Jesus Christ, while maintaining doctrinal alignment with God's vision for PHWC.

House Resource (Finance)
Charlie M. Depew, & Stephanie Hierro
*Responsible for all in house financial record keeping, distribution of finances, meeting PHWC's financial obligations and providing quarterly updates to all of PHWC members. Our books are audited by an external professional auditor and quarterly records are provided to all members of PowerHouse. We are completely transparent with God's Kingdom resources that He has allowed to bless PHWC with.
Accountable to God and the entire assembly of PowerHouse Worship Center.
Power C.O.R.E. (Christ Out Reach & Evangelism)

*Responsible for ministries of outreach and evangelism that extends beyond the walls of PHWC to demonstrate the person and character of Jesus Christ to those whom the Lord directs.

*Responsible for the administrative care of all God's people, covenant members and visitors of PHWC. Administrative care is defined as the proper documentation of member and visitor files, providing new members with new members packages, e-mail address, all contact information, setting up of appointments with the Advancement team, all in-house membership activities and dissemination of PHWC information.

Assembly Excellence (Order)

\*Responsible for PHWC assembly order, and spiritual cleanliness of the sanctuary that will influence an atmosphere of Holiness, excellence, order, and a healthy learning environment for all members and visitors of PHWC.

Men of Excellence (Men's Fellowship)

*Responsible for the instruction, impartation, edification, and the rising up of powerful men of God by spending personal time and showing ones self as an example of a true Man of God.
